The hotel has below standard rooms in 305 and 306, with a bathroom window that opens out to what seems to be the staff area, although the rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The service at the rooftop restaurant is very nice and helpful, and the rooftop restaurant itself is excellent. Guests can enjoy room service, car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, and paid shuttle services. The location requires taking a tuk tuk to go anywhere, although there's a nearby cafe Nibs that serves great meals and coffee on a quiet street. It's in a suburb of Jaipur called C scheme, known for upscale shops and boutiques under the kitchen. The dining experience needs improvement, although Western dishes are yummy and suitable for Western travelers. The hotel facilities are good overall.
